Day 1: Journey from Guayaquil to Baltra – Boarding the Cruise and Exploring Daphne Island
We begin our trip with a flight from Guayaquil to Baltra, based on the scheduled departure time. Once a U.S. military base during World War II, Baltra now features a cactus-filled landscape and serves as the main gateway to the Galapagos.
After arriving, we head to the pier and board our cruise ship in the early afternoon. The journey continues with a cruise to Daphne Island, a haven for wildlife such as sea lions, pelicans, blue-footed boobies, and vibrant tropical birds.
Day 2: Exploring the Islands of the Galapagos
Today, we visit several incredible islands and key locations within the Galapagos. Each stop offers a chance to experience the stunning landscapes and unique wildlife that make this region so special.
Day 3: Island Hopping in the Galapagos
Our journey continues as we explore different islands and notable sites across the Galapagos. Each location reveals its own natural beauty and diverse wildlife, making for an unforgettable adventure.
Day 4: Farewell to the Galapagos – Return to London
After disembarking the cruise at Baltra, we take a flight to Quito. Based on the flight schedule, we then catch our connecting flight to London. We will arrive in the UK the following day, bringing an end to our memorable Galapagos journey.
