Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before heading out to explore the vibrant capital of India. Visit iconic sites like India Gate, the President’s House, Parliament House, and the Secretariat Building. Day 17: Shimla Toy Train Ride & Journey to Kurukshetra
After breakfast at the hotel, head to the railway station for a scenic 2-hour toy train ride, offering a charming view of the surrounding landscapes. Following the ride, drive to Kurukshetra. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Enjoy dinner and relax with an overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport for your flight to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by our local representative. If time permits, enjoy a city tour of Kathmandu, exploring some of its most famous temples.

Visit Swayambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple, where sacred monkeys reside in the northwest area of the temple. According to legend, the hill on which the stupa stands was raised by Manjushri, the bodhisattva of wisdom and learning.

Next, head to Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you’ll visit Svayambhu Mahachaitya, Kasthamandap, Gaddhi Baithak, Kumari Ghar, and the Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square.

After breakfast, begin your day with a visit to the sacred Pashupatinath Temple for darshan and puja, followed by a visit to the Boudhanath Stupa, an important Buddhist pilgrimage site.

Next, drive to Nagarkot, with a stop at Bhaktapur en route. Bhaktapur is renowned for its well-preserved palace courtyards and historic city center, which are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to their rich culture, temples, and exquisite wood, metal, and stone craftsmanship.

Continue your drive to Nagarkot, where you will check into your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a beautiful sunset view from the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, drive to the Gorkha District to visit the Manakamana Temple, located 1,302 meters above sea level. The temple offers breathtaking views of the river valleys below. Dedicated to the Hindu Goddess Bhagwati, an incarnation of Parvati, the temple is believed to grant the wishes of all who visit to worship.

The name “Manakamana” is derived from the words “mana” (heart) and “kamana” (wish). This sacred site has been venerated since the 17th century. After visiting the temple, continue your journey to Pokhara for an overnight stay.

Early in the morning, drive to Sarangkot for a stunning bird’s-eye view of Pokhara city and to witness the sunrise over the Annapurna Range.

Sarangkot (1592 m) is a former fort situated atop a hill to the west of Pokhara, offering panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Annapurna I to IV and Annapurna South. The sunrise over the snow-capped peaks is a truly unforgettable sight. After enjoying the views, return to your hotel for breakfast.

In the afternoon, explore the city with a visit to Pokhara’s Old Bazaar, known for its vibrant atmosphere and ethnically diverse traders. You can also observe Newar architecture, similar to that of the Kathmandu Valley. Visit the nearby refugee camp and the famous Davis Falls before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, check into your hotel.

Later, visit Patan, the third-largest city in Nepal, located in the south-central part of the Kathmandu Valley. Known for its rich history and stunning architecture, Patan is also a modern metropolitan city. Explore its ancient temples, monasteries, and the famous Durbar Square.
