Day 1 – Arrival in Anchorage
Welcome to Anchorage! Your Tour Director is available from 3–6 PM to assist with any questions or arrangements. Spend the rest of the day relaxing after your arrival.

Day 2 – Anchorage → Alaska Railroad Talkeetna → Denali National Park
Begin your day aboard the iconic Alaska Railroad for a scenic journey to Talkeetna, the base for climbers heading toward Denali—North America’s highest peak (20,310 ft). Explore the quaint town before continuing to Denali National Park for a 2-night stay.

Day 3 – Denali National Park (Free Day for Optional Activities)
Spend the day exploring Denali’s massive six-million-acre wilderness. Optional activities include:
Wildlife tour (grizzlies, caribou, moose, Dall sheep)

White-water rafting on the Nenana River
Flightseeing adventure over Denali
Your Tour Director will help you plan the day.

Day 4 – Denali → Thompson Pass → Valdez
Enjoy one last look at Denali before driving along the wilderness-rich Denali Highway. Continue your scenic journey across snow-heavy Thompson Pass before arriving in Valdez, famously called “Alaska’s Little Switzerland.”

Day 5 – Valdez → Prince William Sound Cruise → Whittier → Anchorage
Cruise across the breathtaking Prince William Sound to witness the mighty Meares Glacier up close. Learn local tales from the Alaskan crew and keep an eye out for seals, otters, and possibly whales. Continue onwards to Anchorage.

Day 6 – Anchorage City Tour
Enjoy a guided city tour including the Anchorage Museum, home to an impressive collection of native Alaskan artifacts. The rest of the day is yours to explore independently.
