Day 1 – Arrive in Almaty
Welcome to Kazakhstan! On arrival at Almaty International Airport, meet your English-speaking driver and transfer to your hotel for check-in (standard time: 1500 hrs).
The rest of the evening is free to relax or explore Almaty at your own pace.

Day 2 – Almaty City Tour + Parks + Cathedral + Kok Tobe Hill
After breakfast, begin a full-day city tour of Almaty.
Highlights:
• President Park – A vast landscaped park with beautiful mountain views.
• Panfilov Park – Famous WWII memorials dedicated to the 28 Panfilov Guardsmen.
• Zenkov Cathedral – One of the tallest wooden Orthodox churches in the world.
• Kok Tobe Cable Car – A scenic gondola ride offering panoramic views of Almaty and the Tian Shan mountains.

Day 3 – Shymbulak Ski Resort & Medeu Ice Rink
After breakfast, head to the picturesque Shymbulak Ski Resort, located over 2,000 meters above sea level. Enjoy the gondola ride and explore the alpine scenery.
Continue to Medeu Ice Rink, the world’s highest skating arena at 1,691 meters.
Return to your hotel.

Day 4 – Excursion to Kolsai Lakes & Charyn Canyon
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to two of Kazakhstan’s most iconic attractions.
Highlights:
• Kolsai Lakes – Known as the “Pearl of the Northern Tien Shan,” a chain of pristine alpine lakes surrounded by forests and mountains.
• Charyn Canyon – Often called “Kazakhstan’s Grand Canyon,” famous for dramatic rock formations and the Valley of Castles.

Day 5 – Turgen Gorge & Lake Issyk
After breakfast, proceed to Turgen Gorge, known for its dense forests, waterfalls, alpine meadows, and hot springs.
Continue to Lake Issyk, a beautiful high-altitude turquoise lake surrounded by mountains and pine woodlands.
Return to your hotel.
