Jordan is a land where ancient history, biblical heritage, and breathtaking landscapes come together to create an unforgettable travel experience. From the vibrant capital of Amman to the awe-inspiring rock-carved city of Petra, Jordan offers a journey through civilizations that date back thousands of years.

Day 1: Arrival in Amman

Welcome to Amman, the capital of Jordan. Upon arrival, meet your Tour Director and fellow travelers. In the evening, enjoy a warm welcome dinner at your hotel.

After breakfast, proceed to Jerash, one of the best-preserved Roman cities in the world. Explore its colonnaded streets, temples, theatres, public squares, baths, fountains, and ancient city walls.

Return to Amman for a city tour, visiting:

  • Downtown Amman

  • Archaeological Museum

  • Folklore Museum

  • The Citadel

  • Roman Amphitheatre

After breakfast, travel via the King’s Highway to Petra.

En route visits include:

  • Madaba – famous for the 6th-century Mosaic Map of Jerusalem at St. George’s Church

  • Mount Nebo – believed to be the burial site of Moses, offering views of the Jordan Valley and Dead Sea

  • Kerak Castle – a 12th-century Crusader fortress

After breakfast, explore the magnificent Petra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

Enter through the dramatic Siq, a narrow gorge flanked by towering cliffs. Discover:

  • The Treasury

  • Rock-cut tombs

  • Roman-style theatre

  • Temples, altars, and colonnaded streets

 

After breakfast, visit Little Petra (Siq al-Barid), a smaller Nabataean site with sandstone-carved structures.

Continue to Wadi Rum, also known as the Valley of the Moon. Enjoy a 2-hour Jeep Safari through the desert landscape, famously described by T.E. Lawrence as “vast, echoing and god-like.”

Overnight in Wadi Rum

After breakfast, proceed to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth. Spend the day at leisure floating in its mineral-rich waters and enjoying the unique natural surroundings.

 

After breakfast, enjoy a free day at the Dead Sea (no vehicle included).

Optional Activities (at extra cost):

  • Bethany Beyond the Jordan (Baptism Site)
    Visit the sacred site where Jesus Christ was baptized by John the Baptist.

  • Wadi Mujib Siq Trail
    Walk through a dramatic canyon with waterfalls and pools.
    Self-guided | Easy to Moderate | 2–3 hours | Swimming required | Minimum age: 18

After breakfast, transfer to Queen Alia International Airport for your return journey.
