This journey takes you from the bustling capital city of Delhi to the holy towns of Haridwar and Rishikesh — two of India’s most sacred spiritual hubs on the banks of the River Ganga. Experience temple rituals, ashrams, ancient legends, the Ganga Aarti, Himalayan foothill scenery, and a serene spiritual atmosphere perfect for both pilgrims and travelers seeking cultural discovery.

Day 1: Delhi – Haridwar

Upon arriving in Delhi, you will be welcomed by our tour representative, who will escort you on a scenic 4.5-hour drive to Haridwar. After checking in at your hotel, take time to unwind and refresh. Haridwar, translating to “The Gateway to Vishnu,” is regarded as the starting point for the sacred Char Dham Yatra. The city has dual significance—Shaivites call it Hardwar, with “Har” meaning Shiva, and Vaishnavites call it Haridwar, with “Hari” referring to Vishnu. In the evening, stop by the holy Har Ki Pauri, the most revered ghat of this ancient city. It is believed to be the point where the River Ganga leaves the mountains and enters the plains. The main bathing spot, Brahma Kund, is associated with the legend that a drop of Amrit fell here during the Sagar Manthan. Overnight stay in Haridwar

After breakfast, begin your Haridwar sightseeing tour, visiting its revered temples and ashrams, including famous spiritual landmarks across the city. Later, continue your journey to Rishikesh, a holy town situated at the confluence of the Ganga and Chandrabhaga rivers. Known as the Yoga Capital of the World, Rishikesh is believed to offer soul cleansing through a dip in the sacred Ganga. As evening approaches, experience the enchanting Triveni Ghat Aarti, a divine ritual performed where the Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati rivers meet. Spend the night in Rishikesh.

After breakfast, explore major attractions of Rishikesh, including iconic suspension bridges and ashrams that reflect the city’s global spiritual significance. Once your sightseeing tour is complete, check out of the hotel and begin your drive back to Delhi. Overnight stay in Delhi.

After breakfast, begin a half-day sightseeing tour of Old Delhi, visiting renowned landmarks before moving on to explore selected attractions of New Delhi, depending on the available time. Later, you will be dropped at the airport or railway station to board your onward journey, marking the end of your spiritual and cultural getaway.
