Day 01: ARRIVAL IN TASHKENT

ARRIVAL IN TASHKENT

Welcome to Tashkent – also known as the country’s cultural centre.

Upon arrival at the airport, pick up from airport and transfer to your hotel. Check in at hotel (standard time approx. 1400 hrs.)

Rest of the day is at leisure.

TASHKENT CITY TOUR (B/-/-)

Enjoy Breakfast in Hotel.

Visit, Amir Timur Museum, Monument of Courage Earthquake Memorial, Minor Mosque-White Mosque with magnificent Islamic Architecture, Ensemble Hazrati Imam, Palace Nations Friendship, Souvenir Market. Road back to the center and Tbilisi City Tour – Independence Square, National Library Square with Fountains, Tashkent City, Amir Temur Square, free time for a stroll through the Broadway Street with artist and souvenirs.

DAY TRIP TO CHIMGAN MOUNTAINS (B/-/-)

Enjoy Breakfast in Hotel.

Chimgan Mountains, Charavak Reservoir, Chimgan Ski Resort, Amir Soy. Ride the cable car to the Kumbel Ridge (2,300 m) overlooking majestic Chimgan Mountain Peak. Enjoy some free time at beautiful Charvak Lake at own activities.

SAMARKAND DAY EXCURSION (Optional) (B/-/-)

Breakfast at the hotel at 0700.

08:00 – After breakfast transfer to railway station. Train to Samarkand or by bus (As per the availability)

10.20 – Arrive at Samarkand, the former capital of The Great Amir Temur Conqueror with the biggest mausoleums, madrasahs and mosques in Central Asia.

Registan square. Visit: – “Boulevard” and “Lions” Street; – The magnificent “Registan Square” with three Madrasahs (15th -17th cent), the noblest square in Central Asia, for photo-stop (outside – for photo stop only)

“Guri Emir” mausoleum, the graveyard of Great Amir Temur and Temurids dynasty (OUTSIDE).

Imam Gur Emir Mausoleum Mosque (inside)

Siyaab Bazaar for dry fruit Shopping & Silk

Around 5 pm return to Tashkent head back to Tashkent.

20:00hrs transfer to an Indian restaurant in Tashkent for dinner.
