Oman is a land of timeless beauty where ancient Arabian heritage meets breathtaking natural landscapes. From dramatic mountain ranges and golden deserts to pristine beaches and historic forts, Oman offers an authentic and peaceful Middle Eastern travel experience. Known for its warm hospitality, rich traditions, and well-preserved culture, the country invites visitors to explore bustling souqs, UNESCO-listed forts, scenic wadis, and charming coastal towns.
Day 1: Arrive in Muscat
Arrive at Muscat International Airport. Meet our representative and transfer to your hotel.
Check in at the hotel (standard check-in time: around 14:00 hrs).
Rest of the day is free at leisure to relax or explore nearby areas on your own.
Day 2: Half-Day Muscat City Tour
After breakfast, proceed for a half-day guided city tour of Muscat.
Highlights include:
Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque (except Fridays & public holidays) – a magnificent example of modern Islamic architecture
Drive along the scenic Corniche
Visit the vibrant Muttrah Souq
Photo stop at Al Alam Palace, flanked by the historic Mirani & Jalali Forts
Visit Bait Al Zubair Museum to understand Oman’s rich heritage
Dress code for Grand Mosque:
Ladies to be fully covered with a headscarf
Men to wear full-length trousers
Return to hotel after the tour.
Day 3: Dolphin Watching Experience
After breakfast, transfer to the marina for an exciting Dolphin Watching Boat Tour.
Set sail along Muscat’s rugged coastline in search of dolphins and, if lucky, whales. While sightings are not guaranteed, the experience offers breathtaking sea views and insights into marine life.
After the tour, return to the hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure.
Day 4: Muscat – Wahiba Sands (Private 4WD)
After breakfast, depart in 4WD vehicles towards Wahiba Sands, travelling via scenic coastal and inland routes.
En route highlights:
Drive past the fishing village of Quriyat
Visit Wadi Arbayeen, known for its natural pools and date palms
Photo stop at Bimah Sinkhole, a dramatic limestone crater
Possible sightings of flamingos, gazelles, or marine life along the coast
Arrive at Wahiba Sands, a vast desert of rolling red and white dunes rising up to 200 meters. Enjoy an exhilarating dune drive and witness the ever-changing desert landscapes.
Day 5: Wahiba – Muscat – Departure (Private Transfer)
After breakfast, experience local life with a visit to a traditional Bedouin family, known for their warm hospitality.
Proceed to Wadi Bani Khalid, famous for its crystal-clear blue pools nestled between mountains (light clothing and walking shoes recommended).
Later, transfer to Muscat International Airport for your onward journey.
