Day 1: Arrival in Udaipur
Arrive at Udaipur Airport or Railway Station and be transferred to your hotel. After checking in, head out for a sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Founded by Maharaja Udai Singh in 1559, Udaipur is known as the most romantic city in the Mewar region, situated by Lake Pichola and surrounded by the Aravalli Hills, the world’s oldest mountain range after the Himalayas.
On your tour, visit the City Palace, Rajasthan’s largest palace complex, the iconic Jagdish Temple, the beautiful Saheliyon Ki Bari (Garden of the Maidens), and the renowned Puppet Museum (Lok Kala Mandal). After exploring, return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 2: Udaipur City Tour
After a delicious breakfast, set out for a day of sightseeing. Visit Lake Fatehsagar, Pratap Samarak, the fascinating Aquarium, and Pratap Gourav Kendra. Enjoy the beauty and history of the city before returning to your hotel for a restful overnight stay.
Day 3: Udaipur to Nathdwara & Haldighati (50 km / 1 Hr)
Start your day with a hearty breakfast and head out for an excursion to Shreenath Ji Temple and Haldighati, a historic site known for its battle of the same name. After a day of exploration, return to Udaipur for a peaceful night’s stay at your hotel.
Day 4: Udaipur to Chittorgarh & Return (100 km / 2 hrs)
After breakfast, embark on an exciting excursion to Chittorgarh Fort, the largest and grandest fort in India. This historic site, once the capital of Mewar, offers fascinating views and insights into Rajasthan’s history. After your visit, return to Udaipur for an overnight stay.
Day 5: Departure from Udaipur
After a final breakfast at your hotel, check out and proceed for your onward journey. Catch your flight or train, and carry with you the wonderful memories of your Udaipur Luxury Tour.
