Switzerland is a picture-perfect European destination known for its breathtaking Alpine landscapes, pristine lakes, charming old towns, and world-class infrastructure. From snow-capped mountains and scenic train journeys to historic cities like Zurich, Geneva, and Lucerne, Switzerland offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and cultural elegance.
Day 1: Paris
Welcome to your Europamundo tour. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax or explore Paris at your own pace. In the afternoon, tour information will be available at the hotel reception.
Day 2: Paris
Discover French history with a visit to the magnificent Palace of Versailles (admission not included), famous for its royal gardens. Later, explore Montmartre, known for its artistic heritage and vibrant streets. Enjoy a panoramic city tour of Paris with a local guide, covering major landmarks. Optional evening variety show available.
Day 3: Paris
Begin the day with a visit to the iconic Eiffel Tower, including access to the second floor. Later, enjoy a relaxing Seine River cruise lasting about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The afternoon is free for shopping or sightseeing.
Day 4: Paris – Burgundy – Beaune – Lyon
Travel through the scenic Burgundy region, famous for vineyards and wine culture. Stop at Beaune for free time to explore the historic town and enjoy lunch. Continue to Lyon, a UNESCO World Heritage city. Ride the cable car to Notre-Dame de Fourvière for panoramic city views and enjoy leisure time.
Day 5: Lyon – Geneva – Zurich
Travel to Geneva and see the Palace of Nations, the Flower Clock, and the Jet d’Eau fountain. After lunch, continue through Switzerland along Lake Geneva and Lake Neuchâtel. Stop at Neuchâtel to explore the lakeside town before arriving in Zurich in the evening.
Day 6: Zurich
Explore Zurich with a guided city tour, known for its high quality of life and cultural richness. Enjoy a scenic Lake Zurich cruise with stops along charming lakeside villages. Disembark at Rapperswil and return to Zurich by train.
Day 7: Zurich
Zurich – Lucerne – Zurich
Day 8: Zurich – Departure
After breakfast, your tour concludes with wonderful memories as you prepare for departure.
